Alissa Freedman

Mirna earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University alongside a minor in Psychology. She has several years of patient care experience working in both hospitals and outpatient clinics. In her professional career, she’s worked with a diverse group of people ranging from children to adults. She plans to continue to advance her education in healthcare and expand her knowledge, especially in nursing.  Mirna is interested in a career that intertwines devoted patient care with exceptional clinical skills. She is an advocate for mental health and believes it is a profession that requires compassion and understanding, which are qualities that she portrays. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and attending musical concerts!
